We specialize in connecting skilled professionals with top-tier opportunities across the U.S. market.As we continue to scale our recruitment and consulting operations, we are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage hiring pipelines while also supporting candidates through resume building and onboarding processes.
Role Overview
This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role where you will handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate communication, and resume preparation aligned to U.S. job market standards.You will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring candidates are fully prepared for client submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews
- Evaluate candidate profiles and align them with client requirements
- Manage multiple open positions and maintain hiring trackers
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for submissions
Resume Building & Candidate Preparation
- Create and optimize candidate resumes as per U.S. job descriptions
- Tailor resumes based on specific client/job requirements
- Ensure resumes meet ATS and client expectations
- Guide candidates on positioning their experience effectively
- Prepare candidates for interviews (basic guidance & alignment)
Onboarding & Coordination
- Explain company process, workflow, and expectations to candidates
- Collect and verify required documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of candidate details
- Maintain regular follow-ups and status updates
- Support smooth onboarding after selection.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Hands-on experience in resume building (mandatory)
- Experience handling U.S. IT recruitment (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously
- Comfortable working in night shifts (U.S. business hours)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must have a personal laptop & stable internet connection

- Someone who can own the process end-to-end
- Strong execution mindset (not just coordination)
- Ability to work in high-volume hiring environments
- Comfortable interacting with candidates daily
Compensation
- ₹5,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
- Performance-based incentives (for closures & submissions)
