Role Overview
We are looking to hire 4 experienced Backend Developers with strong expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable backend services and collaborating closely with our U.S.-based team on product architecture and global deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement backend services using Node.js (Express.js).
- Work with MongoDB for data modeling and efficient database operations.
- Utilize AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) to manage backend infrastructure.
- Integrate and manage RESTful APIs between systems and mobile applications.
- Optimize backend performance and reliability for mobile and web platforms.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with remote teams across time zones, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
Required Skills
- 1–8 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js (Express.js).
- Strong expertise in MongoDB and database schema design.
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration.
- Experience using Git and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across international teams.
- Strong focus on clean code, documentation, and software architecture.
- Experience working with startup companies is a plus, especially in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
